Touch For Health 2

Building on the skills learned in Touch For Health 1, you will learn a variety of new balancing techniques, more muscles, and further theory and principles of Chinese Medicine that will enhance and speed your balancing sessions. As well, a number of new individual techniques for pain and food testing will be introduced.

Specifically, in this workshop, your will learn:

  • 14 new muscles, each with their associated Meridian, NeuroLymphatic, NeuroVascular, and Origin/Insertion (muscle attachment) points
  • An introduction to Chinese 5 Element Theory and the Law of 5 Elements
  • Using the Acupuncture Alarm Points to identify over-energy
  • Goal balancing with a 14 muscle balance
  • Balancing based on Chinese Meridian Energy Flows

Several new balancing techniques:

  • Golgi Tendon/Spindle Cell techniques
  • Cerebral Spinal Technique
  • Gait Balancing
  • Figure 8s
  • Cross Crawl for Brain/Body Integration
  • Emotional Stress Release for performance enhancement
  • Meridian Walking — Acupressure for pain relief
  • Food testing for foods that raise energy

By adding to your balancing “kit bag”, you will be able to work with a broader variety of issues and have more choices in approaching your energy balancing. As well, by broadening your understanding of Chinese Medicine concepts and the underlying philosophy of kinesiology balancing, you will be more effective.

The stage is now set to move into the more advanced stages of Touch For Health.
